We go to a lot of bowling alleys, and we go to a lot of aquariums, but this fun bowling alley is literally the best of both worlds!
It’s part of Outdoor World, but instead of a camping theme, the alley is all about fish!
While there aren’t any real fish at the Fish Bowl, there are tons of fish hanging off the ceiling, murals on the wall, and great lights that make it seem as though you really are standing at the bottom of the ocean!
Even the ball returns are creative!
It is just so much fun! It’s also pretty popular, so expect a wait during peak times! They don’t take lane reservations, they are first come.
Each lane also comes with a waitstaff to take your order. We were starving and ordered a full meal, which is hard to eat when you’re bowling.
They also offer birthday parties for kids and even adults!
There are 12 location around the country, with 2 in Texas. The other is in Harlingen, in the Rio Grande Valley!
There is even a fun arcade, with more fish on the walls, and a full-service bar located in what resembles an old, sunken ship!
After our game, which lasted right at the hour allotted time, we walked around outside to take a look at the new bass boats. Our family of 5 squeezes in a boat built for 3, and we really need to upgrade!
Since Uncle Buck’s Fishbowl is connected to Outdoor World, we had a little fun shopping inside, too!
