Height Requirements

The splashpad is only for children 10 years and younger, and no more than 48″.  My youngest is right at 48″, so this is probably our last year to play here.

Tables

There are a few tables spread out around the splash pad, or bring a blanket to sit on in the shade of the trees.

Food and Drinks

Outside food and drinks are welcome, or you can purchase a something from Wetzel’s Pretzels or The Great American Cookie Company, right there in the square.  There is also a Starbucks inside Barnes and Noble across the street, and a Razzoo’s Cajun Cafe around the corner.

Dinosaur Playspace

A short walk away is a cute little dinosaur themed playspace for younger children.  It’s shaded, and a nice place to let the kids play and dry off.  There is also shaded seating for moms!

Oversized Chess Board

Now that my kids have outgrown the Dinosaur Playspace, they like to play with the Oversized Chess Board!
