December, 2016

4D Farms, a family operation since the ’90s, offers 2 unique varieties  of Christmas trees; Leyland Cypress and Blue Ice Arizona Cypress.

In a good season, the trees can grow up to 3′ a year!

The Leyland Cupress is a terrific choice for those with allergies, as it doesn’t have a strong scent.

The Blue Ice Arizona Cypress is actually a light blue is color, and has a fragrant scent.

The Country Store has complementary hot chocolate and homemade cookies while you browse their cute, Christmas themed items for sale.

We purchased the yummy, homemade wild grape jelly they can in early fall.

4D Farms also sells potted trees.

My son just loved the little train that ran under the tree!

They have a hayride, too!

Last but not least, cuddle up around the fire to rnjoy your treats before you head home!

Play

Walk around the Historic Courthouse Square, and browse in the fun shops.  I love the Farmers Market, that is open daily. In addition to fresh produce, they also sell home decor, and seasonal items like fresh wreaths and garland at Christmas!  The cute displays always make wonderful photo ops, too!
