Pumpkins

One of my favorite things about Hall’s is that not only can you purchase pre-picked pumpkins, but they also have a field of pie pumpkins that they have grown there, on the farm, that you can pick!

Of course, Hall’s Pumpkin Patch has pumpkins, but they also have lots of really cute little pumpkin displays that make for GREAT photo ops!  Don’t forget your camera, because you’ll have plenty of time to take some great pictures.  Weekday evenings are much less busy than weekends, and provide more time for getting that special memory!

Hay Ride

The Hay Rides are Friday, Saturday and Sunday after 5pm.  The hayrides sell out, so purchase you ticket AS SOON AS YOU GET THERE, but you can choose a ride time for later in the day!

We LOVE the hayrides at Hall’s because not only is there actual HAY on the hayride, but they stop twice along the ride, once to let you feed and pet the cows and again at the donkeys!

Both the cows and donkeys are always eagerly awaiting the tractor pulled hayride, and everyone is given a slice of bread for the cows and a large food pellet for the donkeys!  The cows usually have calves with them, and some are really young!  Cute!

Corn Maze

The 2 acre corn maze is fun and easy for younger children!  On hot days, be sure and bring a bottle of water into the maze!

Little Tractor Ride

My 7-year-old has always loved the Tractor Track, but this year he was too tall.  It was a sad day for me.

Farm Animals

There are plenty of farm animals to pet at Hall’s also.  In addition to cows and donkeys, they have horses, goats, a llama, rabbits and chickens!

CIMG0015 PIcnics

There are plenty of picnic tables at Hall’s Farm, both in the shade of their big trees and out.  While Hall’s does have concession stands with Bar-B-Q, kettle corn and roasted ears of corn, you are also welcome to bring your own picnic!
