Sharkarosa Wildlife Ranch
Know Before You Go
Sharkarosa is open to the public on Saturdays and Sundays, year round!
Parking is $5.oo.
Wear closed-toed shoes or even rain boots for little kids if it’s rained.
Pack a picnic lunch, they have plenty of tables where you can eat!
Petting Zoo
You can feed the sweet goats in the petting area.
Pony Rides
Youngest visitors will love getting a pony ride!
Animal Presentations
The staff brings out animals and tells you a little about them. Afterwards we were allowed to come up and touch them!
Safari Tram Ride
The highlight of our visit was the Safari Tram Ride, where we got to go back and see zebras, horses, deer, emus and lots of camels, including a very young one! They also have a zonkey (cross between a zebra and a donkey) and a zorse (can you guess?)!
More Things to do in Pilot Point
We booked a day pass to Ray Roberts State Park to go swimming afterwards!
