Day 2 Family Summer Roadtrip!
After our hikes in Petrified Forest National Park we stopped off for pics in Winslow, Arizona! 🦅
The little town was made famous by the Eagles song, Take It Easy, which was recorded in 1972. All these years later, it’s still a huge draw for the town.
There’s a flat bed Ford on the corner, and lots of photo ops. We had fun taking pictures while trying not to melt!
We had a good lunch at Relic Road Brewing and hit the cute shops around the corner. It’s definitely worth a stop!
Afterwards we headed to Flagstaff for the night! We really welcomed the cooler temperatures in Flagstaff! We spent the night at the Embassy Suites in Flagstaff, but we stayed at the Best Western for a few days two years ago, and I preferred it.
Next stop, Grand Canyon!
