1. Moody Gardens While your dare-devils will love the ropes and zip lines courses, Moody Gardens also has an incredible aquarium with fish from around the world, sea lions, seals and even penguins! You’ll feel like a real explorer as you make your way through their Asian Rainforest Pyramid, and they even have boat tours and a fun little waterpark!

Artist Boat A deceptive sounding name, but you can board a kayak for a paddle out into Galveston Bay, crossing open water and into narrow channels, past sunning alligators and often small pods of bottleneck dolphins.
