Arlington, home of the Cowboys and the Rangers, as well as Six Flags Over Texas and Hurricane Harbor, to name just a few of the attractions, has laced 18 very colorful “stars” around the city, and in doing so has created a fun scavenger hunt! The Stars are painted by artist around the state, and meant to reflect the things that earn Arlington the title of “American Dream City”!
There’s no great prize for finding them all, but it’s a fun day out exploring with the kids! Downtown Arlington also has lots of great murals!
Know Before You Go
All of the Stars are easily accessible. While you are looking, there are plenty of places to stop and eat, drink, and if you’re as “lucky” as me, buy your kids new shoes!
Pose with, but don’t let your kiddos climb on the sculptures.
