For one weekend each year, the famous Strand in Galveston moves the clock back to the Victorian Era for a 3-day celebration, Dickens on the Strand! The streets are filled with music, laughter, vendors and fun!

Here’s a few tips for living your best life at the Festival!

Tiny Tim’s Playland has a petting zoo with reindeer, you can meet Father Christmas and cute activities and art for the kids!
Festival Snowyard has snow in Texas, for snowball fights and a chance to sled down the hill!
The Shopkeeper’s Skills Village gives visitors a chance to have one on one experience with woodworking and other Victorian trades!
Visit LaKing’s Confectionery for terrific ice cream and fresh made candy in this old fashioned ice cream parlor!
