Texas Rangers and Globe Life Park, Arlington
We LOVE baseball, and the Texas Rangers!
Check our my Mommy Tips for having a great time at your next game, and all the other events at Globe Life Park in Arlington!
Know Before You Go
Purchase your tickets at the game to save on the convenience fee.
Outside food and water are allowed in a soft cooler, but no cans or glass.
Bring lotion sunscreen, cans of spray sunscreen aren’t allowed either!
Bring baby wipes to keep little hands and faces clean after eating in the stands!
There is parking all around Globe Life Park, and you’ll pay about $17.00 to park your car. We always use our Six Flags Season Pass and park in the back lot, which is closer than some of the Globe Life Parking Spaces! We usually try to go early and wear out the kids a little on a few rides! If you go to more than 3 games, it also makes that $60 Six Flags Parking Pass completely worth it!
Friday Night Fireworks
Catch a fireworks show every Friday night during home games!
Texas Rangers Hall of Fame
Free and open during games until the 8th inning, “the three-level Hall of Fame recognizes individuals who have made an impact on the Texas Rangers.”.
The Jr. Rangers is $20 to join, but it comes with great perks! Not only do they get a jersey, backpack, and front of the line to run the bases, they also receive 4 tickets to home games (some exclusions apply) and discounted tickets for family members! Click HERE to read more about it!
Take a break from the game at the Kid’s Zone, a fun place for kids! Entry is $5/child, and last from the beginning of the game to the 8th inning! They sell food and drinks, and have tables inside.
Entrance to the Kid’s Zone is FREE during the 5th inning, when Ranger the team mascot is there for photo ops with his youngest fans!
During a recent game, we planned an evening with my 8-year-olds friends and their family. We decided to save a little money and purchased upper level seats and then met at the Kid’s Zone, where they played until the 8th inning!
Halloween at the Ballpark!!
In addition to the standard tour of the ballpark, during the month of October you can take a fun, kid-friendly tour with trick or treating stations, plus games and activities, or on Oct. 30, 31 and Nov. 1 you can take an after dark tour of the stadium by flashlight! Click HERE for more information, and to buy tickets!
$20/child is a bit pricey, but call 817-273-5099 to ask about multiple children discounts!!!
